The DTC P2135 is for a TP Sensor fault. I'm pretty sure that the TP Sensors cannot be replaced individually, but will require a throttle body change. Before doing that I would suggest carefully checking the connector(s) to insure that the pin contacts are good (no corrosion) and that they are secure on the throttle body.

Ok, so called up the dealer today and here's the info I was given. Like a few others on the forum were told, the dealer has confirmed that the Throttle body assembly is not covered under warranty. GM does not consider this part of the powertrain, they consider it electrical.
