Look at cable card menu I see the card and tuning adapter are not paired either. So another call to Cox, they pair the card and tuning adapter and say give it half an hour as they sent update to tuning adapter that will bring other tuners online. Well now its 1.5hrs later. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being. More recently I started getting V58 Error Code Cannel Not Authorized on 3 of the 4 tuners. I called the comcast cable card support team, which is the only tech who will be able to help you at comcast.
